1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Padio ("we," "us," or "our") at padioapp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Padio is a marketing and creative platform for real estate professionals. We help agents create, organize, and plan content, connect social media accounts for publishing, and manage listings and leads.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Padio.

4. Connected Accounts & Publishing

When you connect a social media account (e.g. Instagram, Facebook), you authorize Padio to publish content on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish. Padio does not post automatically without your action, and you may disconnect any linked account at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Padio for any unlawful purpose or in violation of fair housing and advertising laws.
• Post content that is misleading, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using Padio, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Padio offers paid subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion as described on the Billing page.

8. AI-Generated Content

Padio uses AI to help draft scripts, captions, and graphics. AI output is a starting point and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.

10. Disclaimers

Padio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing or business results from using the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
